• Digital Wallets – UPI-based and wallet services
• Pelikas Gift Cards and Promotional Vouchers (if applicable)
• EMI Options – Available with select credit cards from participating banks

Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Card on Delivery are not available at this time.

EMI Purchases

Some products are eligible for purchase through Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs). During checkout, you will see applicable EMI plans based on your card and bank. EMI terms such as interest rate, processing fees, and tenure are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment Security

Your online transactions with Pelikas are processed using industry-standard encryption protocols. All payments are made through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card or net banking details on our servers.

To complete a transaction securely, please ensure the following:

• For credit cards: Have your card number, CVV, expiry date, and 3D secure password or OTP ready.
• For debit cards: Be prepared with the same details and your net banking IPIN or OTP for authorization.
• For net banking: Keep your login credentials and authorization password handy.

We ensure that your card and banking information is encrypted and transmitted securely over the Internet.

Storage of Payment Information

Pelikas does not collect or store your card, account, or net banking details.

Fraud Protection and Communication Safety

Pelikas will never request your card details, OTPs, PINs, or banking passwords via phone, email, or text message. If you receive any such request, please report it immediately to info@pelikas.in or call us at 9353196747.

Transaction Reference

Your purchases from www.pelikas.in will appear on your credit card or bank statement as Pelikas Lifestyles Pvt Ltd.
